About the Role
Inizio Engage is recruiting on behalf of a global pharmaceutical company with a strong focus on respiratory medicines. We are seeking a Hospital Specialist / Key Account Manager to promote respiratory products across primary and secondary care, engaging with healthcare professionals through both face-to-face and virtual channels.
Key Responsibilities
* Achieve sales and market share targets within the assigned area
* Promote respiratory products to healthcare professionals in hospitals, primary care, and the community
* Develop and deliver tailored account plans in line with business objectives
* Build and maintain effective relationships with NHS stakeholders and decision-makers
* Maintain high levels of clinical and NHS knowledge to support customers effectively
* Ensure all activities comply with ABPI and company standards
Essential Requirements
* Proven face-to-face sales experience (pharmaceuticals preferred)
* Experience with virtual/remote selling platforms
* Respiratory therapy experience strongly preferred
* Excellent communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills
* ABPI qualified (unless new to role)
