Description: Project Description End-to-end consulting support for the process design and IT landscape structuring required for the implementation of SAP HCM Private Cloud Edition (PCE) for a public sector organization. The project scope covers the assessment of current HR processes, requirements gathering, target process design, implementation guidance, testing support, and documentation. The implementation excludes Time Management and Payroll functionalities. Scope of Tasks Conduct an analysis of the current HR business processes and system landscape (As-Is Assessment). Facilitate Fit-to-Standard (FTS) workshops with business stakeholders to gather and validate requirements for SAP HCM processes. Design target-state business processes and define the future IT landscape aligned with SAP HCM Private Cloud Edition. Develop functional concept documents based on workshop outcomes and the completed As-Is analysis. Provide recommendations and implementation guidance for SAP HCM adoption, including test strategy and execution planning. Support test execution activities, including preparation Produce technical documentation covering solution design, system interfaces, configurations, and implementation artifacts.
