* Verify commercial accuracy, process orders, send confirmations, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
* Handle customer queries, provide support to sales and technicians, and contribute to a positive customer experience
Requirements:
* Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
* Ability to remain calm under pressure, think critically, and make sound decisions
* Strong organizational skills, efficient workload management, and a proactive approach to problem-solving

* Fluency in German and English, with the ability to communicate effectively across cultures
