Role Overview For one of our clients, we are seeking a Full-Stack Software Engineer M/F to join a dynamic and forward-thinking engineering environment (Permanent contract or Freelance). The technical ecosystem primarily includes Java (with Spring) and Angular, operating within cloud-native infrastructures leveraging Docker and Kubernetes. Depending on the team and project context, additional technologies such as MongoDB, Kafka, Python, RabbitMQ, Elasticsearch, PostgreSQL, Kotlin, and other modern tools may also be used. Key Responsibilities As part of agile delivery teams, you will Design, develop, and deliver high-quality features ready for production Proactively contribute ideas to improve existing products and introduce new solutions Collaborate closely with experienced engineers while continuously developing your own skills Support the adoption and continuous improvement of modern engineering practices, including the effective use of AI-powered development tools Candidate Profile The ideal candidate will demonstrate A strong academic background in software engineering, computer science, or a related field, along with a genuine passion for technology and personal side projects Interest in modern development approaches, including AI-assisted tools, combined with sound engineering judgment and attention to code quality Solid understanding of object-oriented programming principles and software testing practices Hands-on experience with AWS environments Familiarity with Java and its ecosystem (considered a significant advantage) Knowledge of relational databases and SQL Experience with Angular or another front-end framework is a plus Soft Skills & Mindset Beyond technical expertise, the client values A collaborative and adaptable mindset, with a strong willingness to learn and grow A team-oriented attitude, as teamwork is central to the organization's success Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken) French is an asset A well-rounded personality with enthusiasm and a positive attitude, including a good sense of humor Hays plc est l'un des principaux groupes mondiaux de recrutement de professionnels.
