who shares our love for the outdoors and our commitment to excellence. As a Shoe Technician, you are responsible for developing, adjusting, and optimizing shoe models – with a focus on uppers. You work closely with design, product management, and production teams to transform creative ideas into technically and functionally refined products.
Collaborate closely with design, product management, and production throughout the entire development process
Create digital and manual models (using CAD systems and traditional craftsmanship)
Prepare technical documentation and coordinate with national and international production sites
Completed education as a shoe model maker, shoe technician, or a comparable qualification
Several years of professional experience in shoe development, ideally in the outdoor or sports footwear sector
Confident handling of CAD systems (e.g. PROCAM Dimensions or similar software)
Good command of English (spoken and written) for communication with international partners
Fluency in German (B2–C1) is fundamental
