Key Responsibilities:
* Review, evaluate, and moderate an array of user-generated content for compliance with guidelines.
* Identify inappropriate content and address violations promptly.
* Document moderation actions and contribute to reporting and analysis.
* Work collaboratively within a team to enhance moderation workflows.
* Stay informed about updates to content moderation standards and best practices.
Requirements
* Fluency in German and a solid command of English; additional languages are a plus.
* Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical abilities.
* Proven ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
* Experience in content moderation or a related field is advantageous, yet not essential.
* Strong communication skills with a focus on user satisfaction and community building.
