Location: Remote with tax residency in Germany, the UK or Spain
To support our sales team, we are looking for a Technical Sales Agent.
Provide telephone and written consultation/support to our customers with a high level of quality awareness
Close collaboration with our technical team, especially on cross-project topics or the launch of new products/features
At least one year of work experience in a sales role (ideally on the phone) or relevant experience in ecommerce/ customer service/ consultation
Native or C2 English language skills
German and/ or Spanish language skills would be good but are not a strict requirement
