Corporate Officer Role
We are seeking a skilled Corporate Officer to support our clients and drive business success.
* Prepare contracts, agreements, and reports for review and execution.
* Coordinate signature gathering and perform due diligence on collected documents.
* Prepare wire instructions for company representatives and ensure timely payment execution.
* Coordinate and prepare board/shareholder meetings.
* Maintain the shareholders' register up-to-date.
* Handle legal filings with the relevant authorities.
* Coordinate legalization, notarization, and apostille processes.
* Provide administrative support for corporate services.
* Liaise with service providers.
* Perform general administrative tasks.
About the Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in law or equivalent experience in corporate services.
* Ability to work autonomously and prioritize tasks.
* Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.
* Positive attitude, solution-focused, flexible team player, and stress-resistant.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
* Strong written communication and drafting skills.
* Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Confidentiality and discretion required.
* Proactive and able to take initiatives.
* Fluent in English; additional languages an asset.
