Collaborate with stakeholders across business, operations, compliance, and IT teams to capture and refine requirements
Map and analyze end-to-end business processes (payments, onboarding, reporting, risk) and identify optimization opportunities
Contribute to data-driven initiatives, ensuring data quality, traceability, and alignment with reporting requirements
Support digital transformation programs (automation, APIs, cloud, AI-driven solutions)
University Degree, ideally in Computer Sciences with understanding of systems, data flows, and integration
Proven experience as a Business Analyst within banking, financial services, insurance
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to interact at all levels (business & IT)
Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments
Strong interest in digital transformation, data, and innovation topics (AI, automation, data analytics)
Fluency in French and good command English are required
