Employee Relations Administration Specialist (m/w/d)
on 6-month contract.
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-driven Employee Relations Administrator to provide hands-on administrative and analytical support to our ER team in Germany. You will manage meetings, prepare documentation, maintain data, and proactively support the team in a fast-paced, confidential environment.
Main Responsibilities:
* Coordinate and schedule employee meetings, including room bookings, diary management, and virtual meetings.
* Prepare and collate documentation for employee relations meetings, investigations, hearings, and consultations.
* Liaise with HR colleagues, payroll, legal, and other internal teams to gather information and documentation.
* Maintain accurate digital and physical records.
* Manage Excel trackers, reporting, and data checks for ER cases.
* Support calculations and data preparation for ER processes.
* Work with HR systems and ensure strict data confidentiality.
* Liaise with HR, payroll, legal, and internal stakeholders.
* Identify process improvements and anticipate team needs.
Qualifications and Experience:
* Relevant working/residency permit or Swiss/EU-Citizenship required.
* Strong Excel skills (data manipulation, reporting, numerical accuracy).
* Fluent in English and German (written and spoken).
* Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
* Ability to manage multiple deadlines calmly.
* Ideally experience in HR or Employee Relations support.
* SAP knowledge is a plus, as well as advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, Macros).
* Experience in a fast-paced corporate environment.
