Aufgaben:
* Joining RaceChip is a unique opportunity: together, we bring a compelling product to a market that offers significant growth potential.
* You take on revenue responsibility for your region and work proactively on further growing the RaceChip brand
* You act as the direct contact person for our top dealers in your region and are responsible for their strategic and operational development
* You continuously analyse the sales situation in your region and take responsibility for proactively acquiring and developing new key accounts for RaceChip
* You actively manage relationships with existing and new key accounts, strengthening them through activities such as dealer visits and trade fairs in your region
* You work closely with the internal sales team, which ensures the operational support of all dealers at RaceChip
* You are responsible for implementing these plans and regularly report on progress, market trends, and competitor activities
* You collaborate closely with the product and technical teams to incorporate market feedback into new developments
* You initiate marketing and activation measures with your dealers (e.g. local campaigns, training sessions, trade fair appearances)
* You work with digital tools and actively use data to identify market potential
* You strategically develop existing partners through cross-selling concepts, product range optimization, and revenue growth programs
* You monitor international market trends and derive actionable measures to ensure the rapid market introduction of new products or vehicle adaptations
Qualifikationen:
* Are you an experienced sales professional with a passion for cars, looking for a new role that offers creative freedom in a strong and sustainably growing automotive company?
* Successfully completed degree in business administration or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in international sales
* At least 2 years of professional experience in Key Account Management for larger companies, management consulting, business development, start-up business development or the automotive aftermarket
* Understanding of international markets and proven ability to strategically develop our key accounts
* Passion for cars and technology, contagious enthusiasm for our products, and motivation to take our Key Account Management to the next level
* Ability to not only manage partners but also develop them strategically
* Excellent communication skills, a confident and persuasive demeanor, a passion for driving things forward, strong goal orientation, entrepreneurial thinking, and structured, conscientious work habits
* Enjoys traveling and has an interest in other countries and cultures
* Excellent German and English skills; additional language skills are a plus
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) as well as digital tools and platforms
