NTU International A/S is leading a consortium for the proposal preparation of the EU funded project called: EOM 2026 and is currently seeking qualified professionals to join the project team.
The overall objective of this assignment is to:
* strengthen democratisation, good governance and conflict prevention;
* contribute to reducing inter alia the possibility of fraud, manipulation, intimidation which could undermine the electoral processes;
* improve the legal framework and conduct of future elections, as well as public confidence in the institutions;
* inform the European institutions on the conduct of elections in selected third countries.
Duration: The intended start date is 1 January 2026 and the period of implementation of the contract will be 48 months from this date.
Key Expert: Security Expert (Host Country)
Qualifications and Skills:
* Degree from military/law enforcement academy or in security OR 5+ years experience.
* Managerial and interpersonal skills.
* Knowledge of EOM security equipment.
General experience:
* Cat. I: 10+ years / Cat. II: 5+ years in mission security.
Specific experience:
* Coordination-level experience in EOM or similar.
* Security risk assessments and mapping.
* Mission security budgeting and planning.
* Security training delivery.
* Host country/regional experience (asset).
