Join us as a Working Student for Network Access in Multidrop Networks (m/f/d) Your mission Review State-of-the-art network access protocols for multidrop networks (e.g. Physical Layer Collision Avoidance). Study traffic scheduling mechanisms for deterministic networking. Implement a novel scheduling and network access mechanism in OMNeT. Design and conduct simulation experiments to evaluate performance. Collaborate effectively with a dedicated research team. Your areas of expertise Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Communication Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields. Strong programming Skills in C/C++ and Python Solid understanding of networking fundamentals, particularly MAC and Network layers. Experience with network simulation tools (e.g., OMNeT) is a plus.
