ROLE PURPOSE
As Digital Marketing & AI Manager, you will lead GRIDX’s digital growth strategy across paid media, SEO, analytics and marketing technology. Working within the Marketing & Communications team, you will oversee digital performance, drive AI adoption, manage external agency partnerships and provide actionable insights that support business growth.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Digital Marketing & Performance
Develop and execute the digital marketing strategy across Meta, Google and emerging channels.

Define audience targeting, budget allocation and KPIs in collaboration with the Head of Marketing & Communications.

Manage and challenge external digital agencies to ensure strong campaign performance and Return on Investment.

Continuously optimise campaigns through testing, analysis and performance monitoring.

SEO & Website Growth
Lead SEO strategy, including keyword research, content optimisation and technical improvements.

Monitor organic performance and identify growth opportunities.

Manage GRIDX's presence on Google Business Profile and other local discovery platforms.

Collaborate with content and website teams to ensure SEO best practices are embedded across all digital assets.

Analytics & Insights
Own the digital analytics ecosystem, including GA4, tracking, dashboards and attribution.

Deliver clear, actionable reports and recommendations to stakeholders.

Foster a data-driven culture by making performance insights accessible and actionable across the team.

AI & Innovation
Identify, implement and optimise AI-powered tools that improve marketing performance and efficiency.

Support and train colleagues in the effective use of AI solutions.

Stay informed on emerging digital and AI trends and translate them into practical business opportunities.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
Act as the digital marketing expert within the department.

Work closely with CRM, Website, Social Media and Content teams to ensure an integrated digital ecosystem.

Contribute to audience segmentation, lifecycle marketing and loyalty initiatives.

YOUR PROFILE
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Data or a related field.

Minimum 4 years’ experience in digital marketing with strong exposure to performance marketing and analytics.

Proven success managing paid media campaigns and budgets.

Hands-on experience with SEO and Google Analytics 4.

Practical experience using AI tools within a marketing environment.

Technical Skills
Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads and Google Analytics 4.

Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager and Google Business Profile.

CRM and email marketing platforms (Brevo, HubSpot, Mailchimp or equivalent).

Reporting and visualisation tools such as Looker Studio or Power BI.

AI tools including ChatGPT, Claude, Jasper, Midjourney or similar.

Skills & Attributes
Strong analytical and strategic thinking.

Proactive, autonomous and results-oriented.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Collaborative mindset and ability to work across multiple teams.

Curious, innovative and eager to embrace new technologies.

Languages
Fluent in English and French (written and spoken).

German is considered an asset.
