Ihre Aufgaben
1. Map end-to-end provider lifecycle: empanelment, contracting, rate management, delisting.
2. Define provider master structure and attributes for system design.
3. Design approval workflows for new hospitals and rate revisions.
4. Define interfaces with claims, fraud control, and finance for settlement workflows.
5. Specify data capture for IRDAI and internal reporting (e.g., cashless network strength).
6. Participate in testing of provider portal and integration with TPAs.

Ihre Qualifikationen
7. 4-5 years in provider network management and system design.
8. Experience in provider contracting tools or portals.
9. Strong analytical and process-mapping capabilities.
10. Understanding of ICD/DRG codes, tariffs, and IRDAI provider disclosure norms.
11. Proven ability to translate business process logic into system requirements.
12. Skilled in “as-is” and “to-be” mapping, gap analysis, and workflow design.
13. Experience working with IT development and QA teams on core insurance systems.
14. Deep understanding of IRDAI regulations, esp. regarding SLAs in the context of provider management.
15. Excellent documentation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
