Purpose: Lead and drive the Concept to Consumer process and holistic concept readiness from planning and concept creation to landing and monitoring the execution – across all global functions and markets –to deliver profitable and sustainable business results and drive NPS.
Key Accountabilities:
Market Management:
* Manage 6 markets and channels
* Drive business conversation with markets
* Support CTC Director driving global and market CTC short- and mid-term strategic plan, to reach financial target and KPI’s
* Provide CTC input into the BU product creation process and ensure it meets CTC requirements for the markets/channels
* Own distribution decision
* Monitor business performance, identify opportunities & risks in all key markets, and initiate action
Consumer Experience:
* Drive impactful sell-in and sell-out tools delivery to markets/channels including x-category activities where appropriate, in-full-and-on-time
* Build and execute seasonal marketing calendar, coordinate with CTC, BU, BM, to ensure holistic approach
* Lead end -to- end CTC >M plan, working with BU, Brand Marketing, Retail Marketing, Digital, Social and PR, and markets
* Build range architecture, roll-out plan
* Lead range segmentation
* Pricing
* Deliver strategic product allocation to drive brand heat and commercial at the same time Provide in-season sell-through analysis

Knowledge, Capabilities and Experience:
* Strong understanding of global and local markets distribution landscape, key accounts and commercial needs
* Broad and deep knowledge of streetwear & sportswear industry: consumers, retail landscape, competitor etc.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to make fact-based business decision, challenge status quo with solution, initiate action
* Structured, organized and process oriented
* Strong communication and influencing skills
* Ability to work efficiently and effectively within a team environment and under pressure
* Fluent in English, additional languages advantageous
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in required; advanced degree a plus
2. 7 years progressive experience in product/merchandising, marketing and or /sales combined in a global footwear /apparel business, in a global or market function
3. Ideally at least 1 year working experience in or with key market
