Responsibilities
* Conduction of consultancy projects with a strong strategic core in the Life Sciences sector (with a focus on Pharma and MedTech)
* Support the top management of our clients in the design and implementation of corporate strategies, digital transformation and process optimization
* Support in the acquisition and the development of innovative consultancy projects
* Development of external ecosystem as well as developing strategy papers
What sets you apart?
* College degree, ideally with a specialty in economics, pharmacy, natural sciences, medicine or a comparable degree program
* Professional experience in strategy consultancy or in an healthcare organization
* Strong T‑profile, broad in the industry and deep in some functional topics such as: operations, supply chain, product strategy, strategy development, reinventing business models, transformations, etc.
* High interest in new trends and technologies
* Superb analytical skills and strategic thinking
* Strong focus on clients and results
* Structured and professional approach to work
* Open, communicative, team‑oriented, and empathetic personality
* Very good German and English
* High willingness for domestic and international travel
