As a retail store operations leader, you will be responsible for driving the success of our stores through effective management and team leadership. Your vision and strategic thinking will guide the development of a high-performing team that delivers exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement strategies to drive store performance and achieve sales goals.
* Build and lead a strong and diverse team by fostering an inclusive work environment, promoting IDEA values, and providing opportunities for growth and development.
* Manage the hiring process, ensuring a focus on recruitment, selection, and onboarding that supports lululemon's priorities.
* Support ongoing learning and development by providing direct feedback, coaching, mentoring, and career path guidance, addressing performance concerns, and recognizing team members' achievements.
* Establish relationships with team members to promote personal and professional growth, focusing on career discussions and understanding how working at lululemon contributes to long-term goals.
* Collaborate with in-store teams to ensure optimal guest experiences, supporting store operations and implementing programs that value guests' time and support transactions and omnichannel services.
* Lead by example or coach team members to deliver exceptional customer service, assess guest needs, provide product education, and support transactions and programs.
* Manage whole store profit and loss, planning and executing quarterly and annual planning that respects strategy, budget, and labor requirements, including recruiting and training.
