The Junior Managers Program in Finance, Controlling & Accounting is designed for individuals who are eager to learn and take on new challenges. You'll rotate through various commercial departments, work on strategic projects, and participate in digitalization and automation topics.
As a participant, you will gain comprehensive insights into our core business processes, both domestically and internationally. You'll lay the foundation for your future as a leader by continuously advancing yourself and others, influencing existing processes, and achieving challenging, entrepreneurial, and meaningful goals.
* You will decide for yourself which start date suits you best and when your permanent employment contract will begin.
* You can design your program with up to six rotations in various areas.
* You will experience Bosch during an international assignment.
* You will complement your practical experiences with various learning and training methods, for which you have an individual budget.

To be eligible for this program, you should have completed your Master's or Diploma in Business Administration, Economics, Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable field with above-average results. You should also be familiar with topics such as business planning and key performance indicator systems.
We welcome applications from candidates with at least three months of international experience and practical experience gained through demanding subject-related internships, preferably in medium-sized companies or start-ups. You should have a very good command of both English and German.
