I’m working with an innovative EV software company that’s transforming how CPOs manage, optimise, and scale their networks. They’re looking for a Customer Success Manager to join their growing team.
This role is all about seamless onboarding and integration, you’ll be the go-to expert helping new CPO customers get up and running on a cutting-edge EV charging platform that’s powering the transition to smarter, more connected infrastructure.
What you’ll do:
* Lead smooth onboarding and technical integrations for new CPO customers
* Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders to ensure long-term success
* Collaborate cross-functionally with product and tech teams to deliver customer value
* Drive adoption, training, and satisfaction from day one
What we’re looking for:
* Experience in Customer Success, Onboarding, or Account Management within SaaS or EV/energy tech
* Strong technical understanding, confident working with APIs, data flows, or integrations
