Do you want to create added value with data, explore new digital avenues, and delve into strategic questions? In this trainee program, you'll immerse yourself in topics related to data management & analytics and process management. You'll support digital projects in in-house consulting and gain insights into digital sales management and our automation processes. Being assigned to a director will also give you access to exciting topics at the senior management level.
The position is limited to 15 months.
This is what we expect from you:
- Collaboration in the areas of Data Management & Analytics, Organization, and In-house Consulting
- Analysis, processing, quality assurance and visualization of data
- Support in developing data-based decision-making tools for departments and the board of directors
- Participation in the implementation of AI-supported
- Automation solutions or assistance systems
- Insights into process management and process/procedure design
- Participation in strategic projects for digital transformation and process optimization
This is what makes you stand out:
- Studies in business informatics, data science, mathematics, statistics, business administration with a digital focus, or comparable studies
- Enthusiasm for data, digitalization and artificial intelligence
- Basic knowledge of BI tools (e.g., MS Power BI, IBM Cognos), databases, or programming languages (SQL, Python)
- Analytical thinking, curiosity, and conceptual strengths
- Very good German skills
