Accountant Payables Full-Time / Part-Time (m/f/d)

Your seat to fill:
1. Process and verify incoming invoices, travel expense reports, and corporate credit card statements in accordance with company policies and accounting standards
2. Perform regular account reconciliations, investigate discrepancies, and maintain accurate records of open items
3. Prepare monthly accruals to ensure expenses are recorded in the correct accounting period and support accurate financial reporting
4. Prepare weekly payment proposals, ensuring completeness and accuracy
5. Create and maintain master data in the accounting system ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal controls
Your stroll to CYBEX:
6. Successfully completed commercial training or a comparable qualification
7. You have already gained professional experience in accounting, preferably in the accounts payable area
8. Comfortable with relevant accounting software and MS Office applications (especially Excel) and ideally already some experience with SAP
9. A precise way of working and the ability to work in a team
10. Fluent in English and German on a good understanding level, additional languages are a plus
