We are seeking a motivated Working Student (f/m/d) to join our Data Governance team. In this role, you will support various administrative and technical tasks while gaining valuable hands-on experience in a corporate environment.
You'll make an impact by
* You help us manage and maintain SharePoint Online sites, including content administration and user management
* You update and maintain various lists and tables to ensure data accuracy and consistency
* Furthermore, you support our team in designing, developing, and maintaining Power BI reports and dashboards
* You handle data entry and maintenance tasks in our corporate learning platform "MyLearning World"
* Additionally, you assist in organizing and moderating internal team meetings and events
* You help us create and edit simple videos for team presentations, training materials, and internal communications
* You contribute to our documentation and process improvement initiatives
This is how you'll win us over
* You are currently enrolled in a Master's program in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Sciences, or a related field of study and can commit to working with us for approximately two years
* You bring hands-on experience with SharePoint Online and Power BI
* Ideally, you have additional knowledge in Information Engineering or data science topics
* You are proficient in Microsoft Office applications
* Basic video editing skills would be an advantage
* You demonstrate strong organizational and communication abilities
* You work effectively both independently and as part of a team
* You have good written and spoken English communication skills
