Responsibilities
As a Talent Acquisition Partner at TeamViewer, you will be a key driver in shaping our diverse and dynamic workforce across all departments - from Business (Sales, Marketing, Finance, Legal, Operations) to Technology (R&D, Product, IT). You’ll collaborate with leaders across the organization to identify, attract, and hire top talent while also playing a central role in strengthening our employer brand across the EMEA region.

1. Own and manage the end-to-end recruitment process across a wide range of functions and levels.
2. Partner with hiring managers to understand team needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
3. Source candidates through diverse channels including job boards, social media, events, and direct outreach.
4. Ensure a positive and inclusive candidate experience from first contact to offer stage.
5. Act as a brand ambassador - develop and execute employer branding initiatives in collaboration with Marketing, Communications and Social Media.
6. Represent TeamViewer at career fairs, university events, and industry meetups across the EMEA region.
7. Monitor recruitment metrics and provide insights to continuously improve hiring efficiency and quality.
8. Stay current with market trends and competitor activity to inform sourcing strategies.
9. Support onboarding processes by coordinating with HR and ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.
Requirements
10. 2+ years of experience in recruitment, ideally across multiple functions
11. Proven experience in employer branding and event representation.
12. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or a related field.
13. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative mindset.
14. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, international environment.
15. Familiarity with ATS platforms and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter.
16. Willingness to travel across Germany for recruitment events and employer branding initiatives.
