Your Job
What you give your best for.
* Preparing HR KPIs to advise the leadership team, management and business departments by means of decision-supporting reports, analyses, recommendations for action and effective presentations along the employee life cycle in the area of Data & Analytics
* Preparing, implementing and supporting various staffing meetings with a wide range of stakeholders involved from all hierarchical levels
* Processing complex information and requirements from the teams regarding staffing
* Assigning employees to existing and new teams based on their set of skills and knowledge
* Preparing graphics and tables for various HR KPIs in relation to Data & Analytics and analysing the KPI sets to derive relevant management decisions
* Assuming responsibility for projects and tasks in close cooperation with the business departments and the various HR subdivisions
* Co-designing and optimising HR-related processes in the field of Data & Analytics
Your Profile
What you should have.
* Degree with a focus on business administration or comparable qualification
* Excellent communication skills and business fluency in English
* Experience in preparing, implementing and moderating meetings involving international stakeholders
* Strong ownership mentality with an independent, responsible way of working and enthusiasm for teamwork
* Experience with Power Query or similar tools for data manipulation and analysis
* Knowledge and implementation of best practices to ensure data quality
* Good problem-solving ability
* Ability to analyse a wide range of information from various stakeholders and to process it in a structured manner
* Agile mindset
* Proven experience in HR, particularly in HR controlling and staffing management
