1. Dealing with passengers at the station
2. Working hours will be scheduled between 06:00 and 22:00 Monday to Sunday, depending on operational needs.
3. Answering the inquiries related to routes etc.
4. Producing solutions in coordination with Station Manager
5. Assisting passengers with their travel needs
6. Monitoring passenger requests
7. Recording work issues and reporting it
8. Selling products to passengers waiting in line for check-in at the airport (X-Leg, SunPriority Product, Excess Baggage Control, seat sale etc.)

The position requires excellent communication skills and a strong affinity for Customer Service, an open-minded personality and intercultural openness are necessary to succeed in international teams. You should have strong attention to detail and be flexible in finding solutions.
9. Capability of handling multiple tasks with priorities under minimum supervision
10. German and English language skills is a must, (spoken and written), Turkish is an advantage
11. Professional experience in the guest sector with a pronounced service orientation
12. Good manners, well-groomed appearance and friendliness in dealing with guests
13. Independent, customer-oriented way of working with a view to the big picture
