We are exclusively working with LiuGong Europe who are growing rapidly and we’re looking for a highly organized and experienced Aftersales Manager to lead our aftersales service operations in Germany. This position plays a critical role in maintaining customer satisfaction, developing dealer service capabilities, and supporting field operations. Your Responsibilities Manage and improve the after-sales service strategy in Germany Provide technical support and guidance to dealers and field service technicians Monitor and improve service KPIs, such as response time, resolution rate, and uptime Train dealer service teams on diagnostics, repairs, and LiuGong systems Coordinate warranty processes, claim approvals, and follow-up resolutions Work closely with the European Parts, Product Support, and Technical teams Visit dealers and key accounts to assess service quality and provide hands-on support Drive continuous improvement in customer satisfaction and service efficiency Your Profile Proven experience & track record in service management or technical support, ideally in construction equipment, heavy machinery, or automotive Strong understanding of hydraulics, electronics, and diagnostics systems Background with OEMs or major service providers (e.g., Caterpillar, Komatsu, Doosan, Volvo CE, JCB, etc.) Fluent in German, with solid English Proactive, detail-oriented, and customer-focused Willingness to travel regularly across Germany and occasionally to HQ (Hamburg) What We Offer Competitive gross salary: €65,000 – €75,000, depending on experience Performance-based annual bonus Company vehicle (with fuel card) Laptop, phone, and tools provided Full expense coverage for business travel Health insurance and pension support (German social package) Training opportunities and growth in a global business
