Job Responsibilities
· Develop and maintain recurring and ad-hoc financial reports (P&L, variance analysis, trend tracking,
· Perform monthly and quarterly financial analysis, highlighting business performance drivers
· Track key performance indicators (KPIs), business metrics, and strategic initiatives
· Drive harmonization of processes, as well as division-wide strategic projects
· Provide recommendations to improve efficiency, profitability, and financial control
Executive Presentations & Strategic Suppor
· Own the development and updates of strategic PowerPoint presentations for the leadership team and broader exec-level settings: BRMs, board decks, major investments/M&A, transformation updates and alikes
· Collaborate with divisional CFO to provide financial insights and materials for business reviews, board updates, and planning session
Business Partnerin
· Act as a strategic partner to cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Operations)
· Translate financial data into insights for non-financial stakeholders
· Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes
Background & Skills
· Preferable, 1–2 years’ experience in top-tier consulting firms
· Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA or CPA a plus)
· 3–7 years of relevant experience in financial analysis, business intelligence, or strategic finance roles
· Strong understanding of financial statements, metrics, and analytical techniques
· Self-starter, highly organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environmen
Preferred Experience:
· Prior experience working in a matrixed organization or supporting C-level executives
· Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Hyperion and data tools
· Track record of building scalable reporting solutions and delivering executive-ready conten
