In this position, you will be a key member in the Pre-sales process, working with the Account Executives and designing AWS solutions for our startup customers. What does success look like in your first year? You'll have owned end-to-end pre-sales engagements, built trust with startup customers, and become the go-to technical voice for our Germany-based accounts. Our recruitment decisions are grounded in your experience and skills, recognizing the value you bring to our team. 3 years of experience in an AWS environment, designing solutions end-to-end 2 years of experience in a technical customer-facing role such as Solutions Architect, Cloud Architect, Solutions Engineer, Customer Engineer, Presales Engineer, SRE, or equivalent In-depth knowledge of AWS's main services, with an emphasis on Kubernetes and Containers Experience designing infrastructure for high-scale production environments in AWS Certified AWS Solutions Architect – Associate Ability to effectively communicate technical design in verbal and written formats in front of customers Ability to lead an end-to-end engagement with the account management team Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German; professional proficiency in English Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Nice to Have Experience in an IT environment with hands-on in Kubernetes, CI/CD, and DevOps tools Familiarity or expertise with DevOps and CI/CD practices Experience in a production environment developing software with Python, Go, Java, or equivalents AWS Solutions Architect Professional or a specialty certification
