As a Senior Wealth Planner, you will provide strategic guidance to clients and bankers on personal taxation, relocation, residential real estate investment, succession planning, and wealth structuring. Your expertise in Luxembourg civil and tax law will be essential in navigating direct tax, indirect tax, and cross-border issues.
* You will analyze, summarize, and interpret various options to propose effective solutions while considering compliance and statutory provisions.
* You will participate in expert working groups and committees, assess changes in legal and tax news, and keep clients and bankers informed of opportunities and risks.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* A Master's degree in Law with comprehensive knowledge of civil law and indirect taxation.
* At least 5 to 10 years' experience in audit/tax advisory firms, law firms, or financial institutions.
* Proficiency in French, German, and English (spoken and written).
