Global Digital Presence Strategist
We are seeking an experienced Global Digital Presence Strategist to shape our global digital presence.
Key Responsibilities
* Define and drive a global SEO strategy to maximize organic search visibility
* Develop and implement best-in-class global website guidelines in collaboration with Communications team members
* Support local markets in elevating their SEO performance through keyword research, on-page optimization, and training
* Collaborate with IT, Communications, agencies, and design teams to implement technical SEO improvements
* Monitor and analyze global performance, tracking organic traffic, rankings, and conversions to inform data-driven decisions
* Benchmark competitors and identify trends to uncover new opportunities for growth through organic channels
Requirements
* 3-5 years of experience in SEO and website management, with a strong foundation in both strategy and execution
* Captivating personality and drive for continuous improvement
* Proven track record of growing organic traffic and results to back it up
* Project management skills, especially when coordinating multiple stakeholders across internal teams and external partners
* Proficiency in key SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Google Search Console
* Understanding of UX/UI best practices to connect SEO with seamless user experiences
* Experience in healthcare or other regulated industries is beneficial
* Fluency in English, with additional languages a plus
