Senior Business Change Manager Job Description
As a Senior Business Change Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the operational framework of our organization. You will be responsible for designing and implementing a Target Operating Model (TOM) that optimizes our business processes, ensuring seamless integration with key stakeholders.
* Develop an efficient TOM encompassing various fund types and jurisdictions, prioritizing client and investor experience.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver a Proof of Concept (POC) covering essential operational requirements, validating the model's efficacy.
* Contribute to defining the transition plan, driving the implementation of the TOM and migrating existing business processes onto the new platform.
* Provide input to Operations, establishing/adapting operational procedures, control frameworks, and process mapping to align with the TOM.
* Deploy a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) for Luxemburg UCITS as a first priority, leveraging this rollout to develop competencies on the platform's configuration.
* Actively contribute to the onboarding of a Pilot Client on the MVP version, ensuring a smooth transition.
* Participate in conducting the first TOM iteration (service model, best practices), refining the operational framework.
* Ensure readiness level to support operational BAU teams, providing expert guidance.
* Post-MVP go-live, provide input and assist in defining the platform and change roadmap for TA KYC, collecting functional requirements from end-users and assessing configuration needs.
* Maintain the configuration of the platform according to internal requirements, including business and data rules, ensuring regulatory compliance.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* University degree or equivalent in IT or finance/economics.
* 5-10 years' experience in software configuration (low-code), especially lifecycle/workflow management tools.
* Background in application support or technical helpdesk; alternatively, as a business analyst.
* Understanding of compliance/AML KYC in the UCITS and/or Alternative Funds industry, with specific knowledge of local AML/KYC requirements in Luxembourg or any other jurisdiction advantageous.
* Behavioural skills: ability to collaborate/teamwork, attention to detail/rigour, organisational skills, adaptability, communication skills - oral & written, critical thinking, creativity & innovation/problem-solving.
