RS Global Search Partners are exclusively partnering with a globally recognised Contract Logistics business in their search for a Regional Business Development Director overseeing the DACH Region based out of their HQ in Dortmund, Germany.
The ideal candidate will direct the business development activities of the DACH organization and drive the sales business. They play a key role in the company and in the generation of new business.
Responsibilities
Manage strategy and operations for the business development team across DACH
Work closely with Key Accounts and manage external stakeholders
Provide feedback to company leadership on sales related topics & development of function
Plan and coordinate the penetration of new markets
Experience:
Contract Logistics Experience overseeing Business Development in a Life Sciences, Pharma or Healthcare vertical
Demonstrated track record of increasing revenue through generation of new business while also building the function
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Experience managing senior and C-Suite level stakeholders both internally & externally
Ability to work in both German & English
