* 2. Office Location: Germany Dusseldorf office
* 3. Internship Duration: Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day, with an internship duration of 3 months or more
【Key Responsibilities】
Support HRBP
* Assist HRBP in conducting department - specific HR activities, including employee onboarding, offboarding, and career development discussions.
* Help analyze departmental workforce data, such as turnover rates, recruitment effectiveness, and employee engagement trends, and provide insights to support decision - making.
Administrative Support
* Maintain accurate and up - to - date HR records and databases, including employee information, recruitment data, and training records.
* Prepare reports, presentations, and other HR - related documents as required by the HRBP and the department.
* Assist in the coordination of meetings, including scheduling, preparing agendas, and taking minutes for HR - related meetings.
【Qualifications】
Bachelor-level or Master-level student. You must currently be enrolled as a full-time university student at the time of applying, or you are in German holds a job-seeking visa(Aufenthaltserlaubnis für die Jobsuche).
* Relevant experience in HRBP (through an internship or otherwise) is a plus.
* No more than 2 years of work experience
* Basic skills in Excel.
* English and Chinese can be used as a working language, German is better.
