Job Description :
Managing the operational sales and process flows, including the organization of the processes in the shop and the stocking of goods during low sales periods
Being responsible for monitoring sales, orders goods proactively and prudently
Complying with company policies and legal requirements
Sharing responsibility for achieving and monitoring sales targets
Implement sales promotions and marketing campaigns in consultation with the Sales Team Leader and instructions from Category Management
Being responsible for cash accounting and cash management
During peak times, supporting the duties of Sales Assistants and Beauty Consultants
Motivating and leading the shop team to achieve high performance standards and excellent customer service
Regularly communicating sales and general company goals to the team on his/her shift as specified by the Sales Team Leader
Regularly conducting ad-hoc feedback discussions with the employees of his/her shift
Acting as a role model for the shift team, especially with regard to the SETUR team and customer promises
To ensure a good working atmosphere and respectful and constructive cooperation
To ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction
Handle and resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally
The Candidate We Are Looking For :
Completed training in retail or comparable qualification
Several years of experience in retail, ideally in a shift management position
Experience in the airport or travel environment is an advantage
Independent and solution-oriented way of working
High motivational ability (employees on shift) and strong communication skills
Strong organizational skills
Committed demeanor and high service orientation
Assertiveness and sense of responsibility
Very good German and good English skills
