Operations Manager (m/w/d)
- As an Operations Manager at Radisson Hotel Group, you are the orchestrator of exceptional experiences. Your role goes beyond executing the masterplan; it's about balancing strategic focus on guest experience, revenue generation, and achieving commercial results.
Key Responsibilities
- You are an industry expert and a recognized leader with the ability to prioritize a complex and hands-on workload
- You strive to deliver an experience that is beyond expectation - creating memorable moments for our guests
- You enjoy the challenge of running our show. It’s what makes your heartbeat faster!
- You will work with Heads of Department to maximize business opportunities and brand reputation, as well as ensuring adherence to legislation, due diligence requirements and managing the hotel budget.
- As right hand to the General Manager, you will work proactively to ensure guest satisfaction and the smooth running of the hotel
- As an Operations Manager, you will join a team that is passionate about delivering incredible service where we believe that anything is possible, whilst having fun in all that we do!
Qualifications
Your Profile & Skills
- Proven experience in leading hotel-operations teams with strong problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent leadership skills with a hands-on approach and lead-by-example work style
- Personal integrity, with the ability to work in an environment that demands excellence, time and energy
- Flexibility and a positive, Yes I Can! Attitude
- An eye for detail
- Is a creative problem-solver
- Passionate about creating extraordinary service
- Fluency in German and English
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experienced in using IT systems on various platforms
- Excellent Power Point and Excel skills
