To support our Milan Studio we are searching for a (Junior) Size & Fit Specialist (f/m/d) to be based in our Milan studio.
Tasks
WHAT YOU WILL DO
* Alongside the live model team on set produce the size & fit information for all skus assigned within your shooting list
* Ensure all skus in the shooting list are complete with high standards and in a timely manner
* Review the shooting list assigned to your set, in advance, to ensure all sizes are the correct fit for the model you will work with
* Align with the other S&F specialists to organize model rotation
* Be a source of knowledge when it comes to size & fit as well as fabrics
* Provide guidance to the freelancer team to ensure they are aligned with our DNA and standards
* Proactively flag blockers and present solutions to the S&F Team Lead in order to support with consistency and precision regarding the information transmited to our customers
Requirements
WHO YOU ARE
* 1-3 years’ experience working within the S&F field
* Background in textile and design and has great knowledge of fabrics and its technicalities
* Understanding of Women and Menswear international sizing
* Knowledge within the Denim and/or tailoring category is an advantage
* Organized and reliable
* Resilient with a problem solving mentality, able to work in a fast past environment
* English written and verbal skills
* Computer literate
