Description and Requirements
Are you a Closer/Hunter? Lenovo is looking for a passionate, articulate, and enthusiastic Inside Account Manager (location: Essen or Stuttgart) for our key acquisition customers in Germany to acquire and win large strategic net new accounts in the commercial sector in cooperation with an assigned Key Account Manager.
This position includes:
1. Work closely with and stand in for the Key Account Manager in the acquisition of new accounts
2. Assist Key Account Manager with customer requests and ongoing communication touchpoints that drive Customer Experience
3. Provide and proactively follow-up product information and overall account support via telephone and email
4. Act as the PC specialist by working directly with the customer for configurations to ensure meeting needs of customer along with updates on status
5. Leverage technical sales team for complex configurations
6. Driver of pipeline accuracy and weekly cadence reporting of forecasting, opportunity management, customer tracking and identifying and confirming ongoing sales needs
7. Strong communication skills and ability to influence customer decisions to close business
8. Enthusiastic and strong will to win
You'll bring:
9. 1-3 years of experience aiding in sales
10. Good written and verbal communication skills
11. English & German language spoken and written
12. Previous experience in a technology field or IT Industry is highly preferred
13. Previous experience with Dynamics 365, combined with strong Microsoft application skills would be beneficial
14. Should learn and maintain in-depth knowledge of products and services, industry trends, and the competitive landscape
