We are seeking a dynamic and multilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team and provide exceptional support to our customers in both English and German Key Responsibilities:
Customer Support:
Provide high-quality customer service via phone, email, and live chat to our Europe customers.
Prepare regular reports on customer service activities, including metrics on response times and issue resolution.
Language Skills: Fluency in English and either German is mandatory. French will be a plus.
Experience: Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a technical or consumer electronics field.
