Senior Manager, Commercialization Learning (m/f/d) Summary: The Senior Manager will act as a strategic business partner and actively manage cross‑functional cooperation between marketing, medicine, sales, and the worldwide commercialization learning team to achieve learning objectives for commercial teams. Responsibilities include leading the design, implementation, and evaluation of modern adult learning initiatives for pharmaceutical sales representatives and their managers, locally managing global learning and development measures, building networks with internal and external stakeholders, and driving a learning culture using agile methods. Position Summary The Senior Manager will serve as a strategic business partner, overseeing the development and delivery of adult learning solutions that support local business objectives. The role is responsible for coordinating onboarding programs, collaborating with the worldwide Center of Excellence, and reporting to the Head of Commercialization Learning for Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. Key Accountabilities Act as a strategic business partner to provide innovative, flexible learning solutions that drive an evolving and agile organization. Collaborate with key local stakeholders to identify field commercial learning needs and deliver scientific, skill, and capability‑based pathways, including design, development, and integration of content aligned with market strategy. Develop a learning strategy that supports local business objectives. Continuously seek and leverage state‑of‑the‑art adult learning methodologies to accelerate skill and knowledge development. Leverage key worldwide commercialization learning initiatives at the market level; collaborate with local learning managers and other markets to share learning experiences. Develop and monitor metrics to evaluate the success of learning initiatives and ensure impact meets business needs. Coordinate and deliver onboarding programs for new commercial team members. Collaborate with the Worldwide Center of Excellence to lead planning and execution of learning initiatives for launch readiness and validation. Coordinate training delivery with internal and external partners as needed. Report to the Head of Commercialization Learning for Germany, Austria & Switzerland. Skills & Experience & Individual Requirements University level degree preferred. Demonstrated experience in strategic planning, preparing, and leading global learning initiatives. Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical sales roles and responsibilities. Demonstrated ability to work effectively with matrix teams (Medical, Legal, Marketing, Sales, Compliance, Operations). Experience managing learning needs in a complex, large or multiple markets. Deep knowledge of adult learning principles and learning design, Agile Learning methodology. Strong communication, organizational and interpersonal skills, and proven project management experience. Excellent facilitation and presentation skills. Ability to prioritize, manage, and execute on multiple projects simultaneously. Influencing, negotiation, and leadership skills. Strong critical thinking and decision‑making capability. High level of digital proficiency. Continuously seek and leverage state‑of‑the‑art adult learning methodologies to accelerate skill and knowledge development of field teams.
