Aufgaben:
* During our unique 18-month graduate program, you will gain in-depth knowledge of the semiconductor and ATE industry. Alongside peer graduates, you will learn from experienced colleagues how to develop test solutions for cutting-edge semiconductors and deliver them to our international customers.
* Develop and debug test programs for high-tech semiconductor devices.
* Validate newly designed state-of-the-art semiconductors.
* Develop customized hardware and software solutions for semiconductor production testing.
* Manage complex projects in an international environment.
* Collaborate with colleagues and customers on worldwide projects.
* Share knowledge, technologies, and experience with colleagues and customers.
* Work in a highly innovative, international environment with opportunities to travel.
Qualifikationen:
* You have just graduated and are looking for the best opportunity to start your professional career.
* University degree in Electronic Engineering (Bachelor's or Master's) or equivalent related knowledge.
* Fluent in English (mandatory); German (preferred).
* Highly motivated for continuous learning in a technological environment.
* Experience with C/C++, Java, and scripting languages.
* Basic knowledge of measurement techniques for electronic components (analog and digital).
* Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
* Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
* Willingness to work with customers.
* Driver's license and willingness to travel.
