Job Overview
To further develop the air freight in the marketplace through focus on Operations, Finances, Sales, People, Systems, and Culture in adherence to the company’s policy and procedures.
Responsibilities and Duties
* Create and maintain an effective department organization chart, which is designed for flexibility and growth.
* Prepare, execute, monitor and update at regular intervals the business plan for the department
* Monitor and improve key departmental productivity indicators.
* Map and understand department process flow, constantly looking for areas of improved efficiency to offer customers better cycle times and service as well as controlling costs.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors (airlines, trucking companies, and others)
* According to the company's annual business plan, formulate the overall work plan of the department, and be responsible for implementation and supervision;
* Control the internal management expenses of the department;
* Organize the formulation and improvement of relevant systems and procedures within the department, and be responsible for supervising the implementation;
* Responsible for the internal work arrangement of the department and guide subordinates to complete various tasks;
* Responsible for monitoring the customer's service requirements, complaints, feedback, processing and other processes at any time, and timely analysis and discover important systemic problems, put forward suggestions for improvement and implement them;
* The organization regularly classifies and sorts out the opinions and suggestions from customers and abnormal handling plans, and forms an operation manual; requires the department to learn.
Qualifications
* 3 years+ of industry specific qualification
* Bachelor’s degree or higher;
* Proven leadership attitude and background
* Graduate of IATA/Fiata Introductory Course (preferred)
* Strong market and product knowledge
* Excellent customer service skills, including written and verbal communication in Chinese and English
* Effective interpersonal skills, including proven abilities to listen, comprehend, effectively communicate clearly and concisely to obtain positive results
* Proven negotiation skills
* Ability to define, develop and document business processes and procedures
* Good computer skills (Excel, Word)
