General Services Trainee
POSITION SUMMARY
Are you ready for your next challenges? Talent Acquisition team is looking for responsible person for providing support and assistance in various administrative and operational tasks. The General Services Trainee plays a crucial role in supporting the overall operations of the company, ensuring a well-organized and efficient working environment. This role give the possibility for future development in the company in various departments and roles.
А DAY IN A LIFE OF GENERAL SERVICES TRAINEE:
1. Administrative Support: Assisting with administrative tasks such as managing correspondence, checking data reports in Excel, Word, Power point, and maintaining records. Receives, sends, and distributes parcels and letters. Records official and business travel orders under a reference number.
2. Collaborating with various departments and teams to provide support and facilitate effective communication within the organization.
3. Participates in events and activities for employees (e.g. Safety & Quality Day, Children's Christmas party, Christmas corners, International Women's Day, etc.).
WHAT WILL MAKE YOU SUCCESSFUL?
* Excellent level of English and Bulgarian language (written and spoken)
* University degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related
* Advanced Excel level, Good computer knowledge
* Energetic, well organized, committed to follow procedures and deadlines
* The ability to work well in a team and communicate
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Attention to detail and numbers
* Desire to learn
