Job Summary:
Chint PVSTAR is seeking an experienced Warehouse and Logistics Specialist to manage the logistics and warehouse operations for the European market, based in Frankfurt, Germany. This role will oversee the end-to-end logistics process, from international transportation to local warehouse management, optimizing efficiency and cost-effectiveness while ensuring the timely and secure delivery of goods.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Order Logistics Execution:
* Manage logistics operations following sales order receipt, including order processing, warehouse coordination, and shipment arrangements.
* Ensure timely and quality delivery by following up on the entire transportation process, addressing and resolving any issues that arise.
* Continuously optimize the delivery process to improve logistics efficiency and enhance customer satisfaction.
1. Logistics Management within Europe:
* Familiarize with domestic transportation processes in Europe and collaborate with logistics providers to create the most efficient delivery solutions.
* Monitor the status of goods during transport, optimize delivery routes, and ensure the safe delivery of goods.
* Address logistics-related issues post-delivery, including damage, delays, returns, and exchanges.
1. International Transport and Customs Clearance Management:
* Oversee international transportation arrangements from China to Europe, including sea freight, rail transportation, and other methods.
* Ensure smooth customs clearance by collaborating with customs brokers, carriers, and other stakeholders.
* Stay updated on international logistics market trends, optimizing transport plans to reduce costs.
1. Warehouse and Inventory Management:
* Supervise warehouse operations to ensure the safe storage of goods and maintain accurate inventory records.
* Regularly monitor inventory, conduct stocktakes, and improve turnover rates.
* Participate in the development and optimization of warehouse management processes to boost operational efficiency.
1. Cost Control and Optimization:
* Monitor and analyze warehouse and logistics costs, proposing optimization solutions to reduce overall operating costs.
* Evaluate and optimize the service quality and costs of logistics providers to improve transportation cost efficiency.
* Optimize logistics models to enhance flexibility and transportation efficiency based on business needs.
Required Qualifications:
* Language Skills:
Fluent in English, Chinese, and German, with excellent communication abilities (listening, speaking, reading, and writing).
* Experience:
* Familiarity with international logistics operations between China and Europe, including international transportation and customs clearance processes.
* At least 2 years of experience in warehouse logistics or supply chain management, with knowledge of European transportation processes.
* Skills:
* Experience in warehouse operations management, including inventory monitoring, stocktaking, and warehouse optimization.
* Strong communication and coordination skills for effective liaison with warehouses, transport companies, and suppliers.
* Strong analytical skills, with the ability to monitor logistics costs and inventory turnover, and propose optimization solutions.
* Proficient in using office software such as Excel and ERP systems (SAP or other logistics management systems preferred).
