To support our continued global growth we’re seeking a Global Campus Recruitment Lead to attract high-potential early career talent across key business units. In this role, you will lead the development and execution of campus recruitment strategies across multiple regions, As a trusted advisor to business leaders, you will guide talent acquisition efforts with a deep understanding of global campus trends, competitive positioning, and diversity hiring. This role is pivotal in shaping our future talent pipeline and strengthening our employer brand at top universities worldwide.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute campus recruitment strategies aligned with JD’s global expansion goals; monitor international market trends and competitor practices to ensure JD stays ahead in attracting top graduate talent.
- Strengthen JD’s employer brand globally (excluding China) through targeted campaigns and campus engagement.
- Forge strong partnerships with top-tier universities worldwide; maintain close ties with career services and student bodies to keep JD top-of-mind among future talent.
- Work cross-functionally with global HR stakeholders to drive collaboration, consistency, and results in international graduate hiring.
- Streamline and optimise JD’s global campus recruitment processes; ensure smooth delivery of campus events, assessments, and interviews that reflect JD’s values.
Qualifications:
- Experienced in Campus or Early Careers Recruitment, in Candidate Attraction and Engagment.
- Volume hiring experience.
- Focus on candidate experience and retention throughout process and post offer.
- Stakeholder Management experience - able to engage and inform hiring managers effectively.
- Relationship / Partnership management experience with Universities and Educational Institutions.
- Prior experience in campus recruitment within multinational companies, particularly in the internet, e-commerce, or logistics sectors, is highly preferred.
- Fluency in English is required.
