Job Description (Key Responsibilities)
As a Sales Officer, you will be responsible for driving Nestlé’s business outcomes in your assigned territory by efficientl
* Ensuring product availability across all relevant channels
* Planning and achieving monthly and yearly sales targets, including setting targets for each distributor
* Monitoring distributor overhead expenses and profitability (ROI)
* Managing distribution setup and leading secondary sales force deployment
* Implementing trade and consumer activations, merchandising and visibility programs
* Ensuring distributor compliance with company-defined roles, processes and responsibilities
* Ensuring accurate execution of sales, discount and trading terms
* Training and developing the secondary sales force
* Conducting performance evaluations of secondary sales personnel
* Demonstrating strong communication skills, analytical thinking, flexibility, resourcefulness, innovativeness, poise, and confidence
Qualifications
We’re looking for someone who brings
* Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
* 1–5 years of field sales experience in FMCG/FMCD
* Strong understanding of channel sales and distribution management
* Ability to develop and maintain strong trade and distributor relationships
* Proven experience in achieving business targets and driving execution
* Good command over communication, analytics and problem-solving
* Ability to lead and motivate secondary sales teams in dynamic environments
