The Security Business Partner (SBP) for Hotels acts as a strategic liaison between Corporate Information Security and the Hotels Companies within the Liebherr Group. This role ensures that cybersecurity strategies are embedded in hotel operations, digital guest services, and facility management. The SBP will drive proactive engagement, risk-based decision-making, and tailored security solutions that support Hotels business objectives.
Translate Hotels business needs into requirements for security solutions
Lead and support security projects, contribute to Business and IT Projects in collaboration with Hotels division
Translate technical risks (e.g. data breaches, ransomware) into business impacts for hotel operations
Support incident response, security investigations and remediation actions
Promote a culture of security across hotel teams and leadership
Support information security audits of Hotels Division
Close collaboration with Hotels Division, IT and Security Teams
Bachelors/Masters in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field such as Engineering
Strong project management skills
English is a must, German and French are a plus
