Deine Aufgaben bei CWS:
5. Du verantwortest die End-to End ITSM-Prozesse im Asset und Configuration Management– und setzt gezielt Verbesserungen um
6. Gemeinsam mit IT-Teams gestaltest Du effiziente, zukunftsfähige Abläufe und erstellst eine strategische Roadmap zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung
7. Du definierst und und überwachst KPIs & CFs, führst Audits durch und sorgst für eine stetige Verbesserung der Prozessqualität
8. Du bist zentrale Ansprechperson für IT, Fachbereiche und externe Partner und sorgst für eine reibungslose Abstimmung
9. Du entwickelst unsere ITSM-Tools weiter – mit Fokus auf Automatisierung, KI und smarte Lösungen – und priorisierst neue Anforderungen
10. Du unterstützt Teams bei der Anwendung der Prozesse, gibst praxisnahe Hilfestellung und förderst die Nutzung unserer ITSM-Tools
Das bringst Du mit:
11. Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich IT, Informationsmanagement oder in einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
12. Für die Rolle bringst Du eine ITIL v4 Foundation Zertifizierung mit
13. Idealerweise verfügst Du über mindestens fünf Jahre Erfahrung im IT Service Management und hast fundierte Kenntnisse im Bereich Asset & Configuration Management
14. Du hast Erfahrung in der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von ITSM-Prozessen und fühlst Dich auch in agilen Arbeitsmethoden sicher
15. Du kennst Dich bestens mit ITSM-Tools (z. B. Freshservice), CMDB-Strukturen (z. B. Cloud-Datacenter, Netzwerkinfrastruktur), IT Asset Management (ITAM) und Automatisierungstechnologien aus
16. Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

You can look forward to these tasks:
22. Process Ownership & Governance: You will manage the full lifecycle of IT Asset Management and Configuration Management, which each make up about 50% of the role. Your responsibilities include evaluating process maturity to identify areas for continuous enhancement and generating value added action plans
23. Process Design & Optimization: You develop and optimize the processes in collaboration with IT teams, identify automation opportunities and create a strategic roadmap for process improvements
24. Execution & Performance Monitoring: You will define and track KPIs & CSFs, run audits, and implement improvements to make the processes more effective and efficient
25. Stakeholder Engagement & Collaboration: You will be the main contact between IT, business teams, and external vendors. Your role is to ensure alignment between business goals and the processes and facilitate cross-functional collaboration
26. ITSM Tooling & Automation: You will improve the ITSM tools by adding automation and AI solutions. By reviewing demand pipelines, prioritizing enhancements, and championing best practices, you will drive efficiency and adoption
27. Training & Knowledge Management: You will train IT teams on the processes, provide guidance, and promote the use of ITSM tools to enhance user adoption and optimize processes
Your Profile:
28. Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Information Management, or a related discipline
29. Certifications: ITIL v4 Foundation (or higher) certification is required
30. Experience: A minimum of 5+ years in IT Service Management, with expertise in Asset & Configuration Management
31. Methodologies: Strong background in ITSM process development and Agile frameworks
32. Technical Knowledge: Extensive understanding of ITSM tools (e.g. Freshservice), CMDB structures (e.g. Cloud Datacenters and Network Infrastructure), IT Asset Management (ITAM), and automation technologies
