At SAP, we are looking for a CX Senior Solution Advisor brimming with energy, empathy, and a passion for learning to join our world-class team. Your role doesn't stop there: you'll be involved at every stage of the process, from demand generation activities with events like Sapphire to supporting the adoption and expansion of our solutions.
Deal Support: You are the expert! You understand the customer, you know the processes and you can map the values, our software generates to the challenges and opportunities our customers are facing. Build and strengthen links with SAP's global and local structure. Creating content to inspire our customers.
Expansion and Adoption: Help expand our installed SAP base and capture new clients across diverse industries. Specialized Knowledge: Be an expert in at least two SAP CX solutions, with a special focus on SAP Sales & Service.
Serve as a trusted advisor to our customers and SAP internal colleagues and share your knowledge.
Constant Learning: The software industry is constantly changing, and this requires constant learning of new technologies and processes.
A bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Always with a customer mindset to deliver value with our SAP CX Software Portfolio to our customers.
Fluent in German and English
Retail, Wholesale, Consumer Goods, Manufacturing, Automotive, Utilities, etc.
Ideally, SAP knowledge of S/4 and SAP CX
