We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our sales efforts and drive commercial growth.
About the Position
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the technical sales of our scientific products, building strong relationships with new and existing customers. They will work closely with clients to understand their needs and collaborate with our engineering team to provide customized solutions.
Main Responsibilities:
* Drive Sales Growth: Lead the technical sales of our scientific products, building strong relationships with new and existing customers.
* Client-Focused Solutions: Work closely with clients to understand their needs and collaborate with our engineering team to provide customized solutions.
* Foster Global Partnerships: Foster relationships with sales partners worldwide, helping to shape annual sales targets and achieve growth goals.
* Sales Operations: Prepare and deliver quotes, manage order processing, travel frequently visiting client sites/demo trade fairs/conferences organizing product presentations/new market exploration managing CRM system tracking leads/opportunities/reporting on progress
Preferrable Qualifications:
• Degree in a technical or scientific discipline (e.g., Physics Engineering Photonics Metrology), or equivalent experience in industrial engineering.
• Proven track record of selling complex technically advanced products internationally Customers Communication Skills Fluency German English present negotiate various levels proactive self-starter Collaborative Independent willingness travel occasionally industry events. ,
